The Olive Press Lodge, as its name suggests, is a renovated farm house where olive oil used to be made. The villa is situated on a gentle hill, about a 15-minute walk from the sea and the town centre. It is ideal for a relaxing holiday and offers a great opportunity to discover the Italian Riviera.
Its surroundings are a typical Ligurian garden with olive and fruit trees. It offers the shared use of an outdoor pool barbecue area and boules.
On the ground floor are the open-plan kitchen and living room with TV, stereo, DVD and internet connection. Its modern interior maintains the characteristics that once used to belong to the old country olive press. On this floor there is also a utility room with washing machine and ironing facility and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen includes dishwasher, smeg oven and hobs, electric grill, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and blender.
On the upper floor there are 3 double bedrooms (one with two beds) and two spacious bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower). The pool and the barbecue areas are easily accessible via a terrace from this level .
The Olive Press Lodge also offers air conditioning and private parking.
A cook and a cleaner can also be arranged for a nominal fee.
You can enjoy a complementary bottle of our home-produced olive oil.

The weekly rent of the property includes water, gas and electricity.
Heating during winter months will normally be an extra charge and is based on consumption.
